What Recipients See When Signing
The guided signing experience your recipients go through.
Opening the link
Recipients receive an email with a unique signing link. Depending on how the envelope was configured, they may first need to verify their identity (an access code or a one-time email code) before seeing the document.
Guided signing
Once in, recipients are guided step by step through every field assigned to them — SignFlow scrolls to and highlights the next required field so nothing is missed. Signature fields open a small pad where the recipient can draw, type, or upload their signature.
Adopting a signature
The first time a recipient signs or initials, SignFlow remembers that signature and automatically applies it to any other signature/initial fields assigned to them in the same envelope, so they don't have to redraw it repeatedly.
Finishing
After every required field is complete, a Finish button appears. Once clicked, that recipient's part is done — if the envelope is sequential, the next recipient is notified automatically.
